Vessel Substitute Custodian

Arresting a vessel in rem, big or small is no small feat.  Once a vessel is seized, it is often placed under the care of a qualified substitute custodian who must oversee it's proper transfer, mooring, overall security and more.  Our local, bilingual, US Coast Guard licensed deck officers are able to assume the responsibility of safekeeping any vessel, big or small, on land or water upon order of the court including wharfage and routine services for the vessel.
